Most exhibit tables are 8 feet, with a limited number of 6-foot tables available. Electrical access will be available within approximately 20 feet of each booth.
Exhibitors must arrive by 6:30 AM and be fully set up by 7:30 AM. Because the venue offers valet parking, please allow additional time for unloading, parking, and setup.
Exhibitor breakdown may begin at 3:30 PM, and all exhibitors must be fully cleared out by 5:30 PM.
Exhibitors interested in providing a raffle giveaway item must submit the item to Bruce for approval in advance.
Please note that exhibitors are responsible for collecting attendee contact information directly. Attendee contact information will not be distributed centrally.
