Registration

• Breakfast Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  Your logo will be on a sign and will be posted during breakfast.
• Cocktail Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  Your logo will be on a sign and will be posted during the cocktail hour.
• Exhibitor Booth Early Bird – $500.00
  Please note that this registration is for the booth space only. Exhibitor representatives must register separately using the exhibitor registration form. The exhibitor registration passcode is HESGNY2026.
  
  At this time, registration is limited to two representatives per booth. Please ensure that each representative completes a separate registration.
  
  Most exhibit tables are 8 feet, with a limited number of 6-foot tables available. Electrical outlets will be located within approximately 20 feet of each booth.
  
  Exhibitors must arrive by 6:30 AM and be fully set up by 7:30 AM. Please note that the venue uses valet parking, so exhibitors should allow additional time for unloading and setup.
  
  Breakdown may begin at 3:30 PM, and all exhibitors must be cleared out by 5:30 PM.
  
  Exhibitors who would like to provide a giveaway item for the raffle must submit the item to Bruce for approval in advance.
  
  Please also note that exhibitors are responsible for collecting attendee contact information directly. There will be no centralized distribution of attendee contact information.
• Exhibitor registration – $180.00
  You must have already purchased a booth and be a current paid member.
• Gift Sponsor – $1,000.00
  This will be part of the Swag giveaway with your logo and the HESNGY logo on it. We will discuss the swag once this sponsorship has been purchased.
• Lunch Sponsorship – $1,800.00
  Your company logo will be displayed on signage during lunch.
• Single Vendor/Consultants – $200.00
