Registration

• Breakfast Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  Your logo will be on a sign and will be posted during breakfast.
• Cocktail Sponsorship – $1,000.00
  Your logo will be on a sign and will be posted during the cocktail hour.
• Exhibitor Booth – $500.00
  This is just for the booth. Please register separately as an exhibitor. Passcode is HESGNY2025 for the exhibitor registration. We are limiting this to two per booth at this time, but please make sure you sign up for these separately.
  
  Most tables are 8ft with a few at 6ft. Outlets will be within 20ft.
  
  Must arrive by 6:30am and be setup by 7:30am. Please know that this is valet parking so it may take some time to set up.
  
  You can break down starting at 3:30pm and must be out by 5:30pm
  
  If you would like to furnish a giveaway for the raffle please submit it to Bruce for approval.
  
  FYI, it is the responsibility of the exhibitor to get whatever contact information yourselves. There will not be any central distribution of contact information.

• Gift Sponsor – $1,000.00
  This will be part of the Swag giveaway with your logo and the HESNGY logo on it. We will discuss the swag once this sponsorship has been purchased.
• Lunch Sponsorship – $1,800.00
  Your logo will be on a sign and will be posted during lunch.
• Single Vendor/Consultants – $150.00
