Fleece Membranes and Urethane Adhesive – Industry Leading Performance

This presentation will teach the attendees the physical properties and uses of fleece roof membranes. It will also teach the benefits and uses of urethane adhesives.

In the context of roofing, the presentation will teach how Fleece Membrane and Urethane Adhesive can be used to reduce or eliminate noise and odor during a roof installation. The presentation will also review how these products can be used to provide a variety of performance benefits while working on a variety of substrates and conditions.

Speaker:

Dyami Plotke is the Senior Project Manager at Roof Services of NY.

Dyami started roofing in 1996, working on a commercial installation crew. Since then, he has held positions in service, estimating and project management.

In his current role as Senior Project Manager, Dyami handles projects from cradle to grave, performing the initial investigation, developing an appropriate scope, creating the estimate and proposal and managing the project through completion.

In the Healthcare field, Dyami has managed roofing projects at Mount Sinai South Nassau Hospital, Nyack Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center, VA Bronx Health Care, NYU Langone, and Catholic Health Services among others.

Roof Services of NY is the New York Operating Unit of Tecta America, the largest roofing company in America. Roof Services specialized in keeping water out of buildings with roofing, repairs, caulking, waterproofing and testing.
