Acted as the primary representative for TurboChyll in the installation of diverse mechanical equipment, conducting controlled inspections in collaboration with governmental agencies, including the NYC Department of Buildings, NYC Fire Department, and NYC Department of Environmental Protection.
Negotiated customer contracts for projects exceeding $500,000, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company objectives.
Managed project execution by interpreting blueprints to identify necessary components and overseeing all phases of work in accordance with approved plans.
Led a team of technicians, responsible for training across multiple trades, scheduling work orders, and ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
